Function Terms and Conditions

  1. If you are making a reservation for group of 10 people or more, set menu is required.
  2. Please note a 8% discretionary service charge applies to all parties of 10 and above.
  3. For the group booking, cancellations received less than 1 WEEK prior to the function will not be entitled to a refund of the deposit.
  4. For a group booking, the number of guests reduction less than 48 hours prior notice, you may be charged a no show fee of set menu price.
  5. Group bookings require $10 deposit per person.
  6. Credit card is required for guarantee your booking at the time of booking but not charged to your card at this time.
  7. The client shall conduct the function in an orderly manner and in full compliance with the rules of the restaurant management and in accordance with all applicable laws.
  8. No beverage or food of any kind is permitted to be brought to the restaurant by the client, the client’s guests or invitees, unless previous consent is obtained from management.
  9. The restaurant assumes no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage to any property belonging to the client, client’s guests or invitees.
  10. The restaurant reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude or remove any undesirable persons from the function or the restaurant premises without liability.
  11. The client is responsible for the conduct of the client’s guests and invitees and indemnifies the restaurant for all costs, charges, expenses, damage and loss caused by any act or omission by the client, the client’s guests or invitees.
  12. The client is advised that alcoholic beverages cannot be served after 10:30pm and that the client and the client’s guests and invitees are requested to vacate the premises by 11pm.
  13. The restaurant also reserves the right to cancel the booking if: The restaurant or any part of it is closed due to circumstances beyond the restaurant’s control. The client becomes insolvent, bankrupt or enters into liquidation or receivership The function might prejudice the reputation of the restaurant The deposit has not been paid by the due date.
  14. Your reservation will be allocated to the best available table at the time of your reservation in the venue you have chosen.
  15. Any special requests made will be catered for by the venue as best as possible.
  16. All credit and debit card payments incur a 1.5% process fee, No split bill.
  17. We are a fully licensed restaurant. No BYO allowed.
